I expose the double standard and logical inconsistency in Kamala Harris’ reasoning for stating that capital punishment is immoral.

  1. I dont see how that justifies the immense cost for sentencing someone to death as compared to the cost of life imprisonment.

  2. "If you don't want the death penalty because someone might be innocent then why kill fetuses if they might be a person?"

It's very simple. Abortion isn't a punishment for the fetus. It's not a question of guilt or innocence. It doesn't make any sense to compare them because they're completely different things. Fetuses aren't criminals because they aren't even people.

  3. Cops and the public are quick to inflict punishment but when it's them they're begging for mercy as usual And the solution always seems to make the prisons the judges the lawyers the police a little bit richer very funny

  4. Hey Mike! Love your videos and have the highest level of respect for you and your profession. Many would say I’m a liberal, but I avoid labels; however I am pro choice (or pro abortion if it is a woman’s choice-I don’t shy away from that term) AND anti death penalty. As an atheist, souls aren’t really my thing and I believe life begins at conception. But I may be wrong, and you are absolutely right that Kampala contradicts herself. Because we MAY be killing innocent people. That’s not why I’m anti death penalty. I DO believe capital punishment is applied unfairly and that the state doesn’t have the right to murder someone. That doesn’t mean that they don’t deserve to die. And as a concealed carrier, I would be totally justified in taking someone’s life who threatened me or a loved one and even more so if they killed a loved one (even though after the fact, it’s illegal). But I don’t think it’s the state’s right. I love this discussion and since I’d never get the chance to directly discuss with you, I figured I’d put it out there on here. Maybe that shines a different light on how someone can be logical in those beliefs even if they aren’t viewed as right. I fully respect your stance and even though I disagree, we have common ground and I continue to support you! Because that’s how it should be, right? Take care and keep up the good work!

  5. Hey mike i just wanna let you know that kamala isnt a leftist. sanders isnt even a leftist. american politics are quite right wing amd only bernie sanders and maybe liz warren are slightly left wing. nobody who is actually more left wing of center hates kamala. id love to talk to you about it

  6. @MikeTheCop I agree 100%. I can’t believe how ass backwards they are on their “beliefs”. They are ok with killing babies but don’t wanna follow through with the death penalty. They lost their minds (as they have the right to be) over Northam doing blackface in the 80’s but when the Canadian PM did it in 2000’s they said it was all ok which to me would make it worse to do it later because we were more sensitive then than in the 80’s. I can’t stand the way the idiots on the left want to act like they can make us pay for college for all and Medicare for all but they don’t care how much it’s going to cost us

  7. Damn I wish i got to see this stream live and ask if he thought that with the re-implementation of federal capital punishment they eliminated The 1996 Anti-Terrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act to stop the blocking of appeals for prisoners with legitimate concerns of a fair trial.

  8. I agree with you all the way people should be responsible for what they do. And our system needs to be fixed because people truly dont get punished correctly for what they do.

  9. We do not need anyone from the legal system running for federal offices, their is enough corruption already, no need to add people from the most corrupt section to the legislature.

  10. Im not against the death penalty but i do have a problem with how much money it takes to execute people or the high cost of all the other bs involved with it. Also i cznt stand Kamala Harris and i live in California.

  11. Hello Mike, Your page popped up when I was looking for the Good that Police do in today's times. Common sense tells us that conception is where Life begins. Does it not? Do we need all this mumble jumbo that tries to prove otherwise to justify murdering a life inside of one's body? I hope your a good Cop Mike. You have that power that can change anyone's life, depending on what mood you woke up in. I have been searching on YouTube for months now looking for the Truths about Todays Police in America. Why do I have a hard time finding the Good or the Truths that Police do in Todays Day and Age? I find some, but I get thousands of pages of the bad things Police do. WHY??? Why is it that America Jails more of its citizens than the whole world combined? I try hard to be a law-abiding citizen in America. Why has that become such a chore nowadays? I hope you will respond. Is searching for the TRUTHS in today's time a bad thing as we constantly get LIES from our media?

  12. Im against capital punishment…
    Im pro-summary execution.

    Capital punishement is expensive.
A bullet to the head + cleaning isnt.

Keeping a criminal.condemn to die for.20 years is expensive.
    Im a fiscal conservative.

The goal is not to punish. The goal is to get rid of them.
    Prison is punishment.
Death isnt. Death is getting rid of the person to protect others.

  13. I agree with your stand point here Mike, though I don't agree with your pro-life stance, that's besides the point. I can think rationally and have a different viewpoint yet still find something we both agree upon.

  14. you assumed so much without any evidence its hard to even know where to begin. you haven't proven a soul, for example, you equivocate on 'might', you fully misrepresent the argument being made (arresting windmills?), you offer no reason a fetus should be treated as a born child, etc etc. i like your videos overall and thank you for taking the time to interact and answer questions and provide perspective. but this is just dishonest, not 'logical'.

  15. I volunteer at a prison. There isn't really any rehab there, except in rare exceptions, and there are exceptions. Almost none.
