Muskegon, Michigan — On June 15, 2023, a State Police Trooper tried to pull over a car that was reported stolen out of Kent County, but the driver did not stop, leading the trooper on a chase. Michigan State Police sent a second cruiser, with two troopers inside, to help respond to the chase. That’s when the car trying to get away from police crashed into the second cruiser in the intersection of Holbrook and Peck. Both vehicles sustained heavy damage and the two MSP troopers and the two suspects in the stolen vehicle were taken to the hospital with serious injuries. State police have identified the individuals inside the stolen car as a pair of Muskegon-area juveniles. One of them was taken to a Grand Rapids hospital while the other was taken to a Muskegon health center. The MSP troopers have since been discharged from the hospital. No update was provided for the conditions of the two suspects in the stolen vehicle.

  1. Rude my tree, like what the hell you just destroyed my beautiful red, wanna be maple tree, it's not a maple tree, but it's a nice tree which you guys just pop through, come on, I don't give a fuck about your life or your car, look at my tree look at my yard

  2. Now this is why I support the Blue.🙏🏽🤙🏽 Getting rid of domestic terrorists one day at a time.

  3. I'm pro LEO, but they def shouldn't have been driving that fast, regardless of pursuit. Good to kill innocent people and ruin families.

  4. I know that was a suspect vehicle but this was a classic case of target fixation making things so much worse. When a car is pulling out infront of you at speed you should steer to go around the back of the vehicle which will minimise the impact and has the best chance of avoiding collision. In this instance you can see the officer steer to the left as if they are trying to avoid the vehicle that is pulling out on them but because the vehicle is still moving forward this only results in them tboning on the rear two thirds rather than clipping the rear wing or even avoiding the collision entirely if they had steered right and gone behind the suspects vehicle. Its something you see very often in crashes like this and something everyone should know, steer in the opposite direction to the one you instinctively want to and it is much safer for you

  5. Let's take a moment to be appropriately impressed with the level of engineering know how that would allow two small SUVs to run into each other at that speed and not turn all four occupants of the vehicles into a pale pink mist.
