On December 4, 2022, Flagler County Deputies responded to a report of a vehicle crashing into a house after allegedly seeing a “shadow in the road” in Palm Coast, Florida.
He was later identified as 18-year-old Aidan Sauco-Maldonado – who had run away from the area after slamming a truck into the home.
Maldonado was found a short time later and reportedly smelled of alcohol.
He was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, crashing into a residence, running from deputies and transported to Flagler County Jail.

This happened to a friend of mine during high school. He and his brother were both killed. A drunk driver drove right into their bedroom as high speed.

Under 21 is an automatic DUI. It doesn't matter what BAC is or how many hrs ago. He is under 21 drank then drove. Running from the scene of an accident, should have been cuffed sooner and kept on.
