On January 1, 2023, Brookhaven police officers were called to the Double Tree Hotel to investigate a physical disturbance between a husband and wife in Atlanta, Georgia.
They were on a family vacation and got into arguments that turned into physical altercations.
The victim was able to leave the hotel and waited for the police to escort her to the room to pick up her personal belongings.
He was arrested and placed in the back of a police vehicle. Officer gathered all the evidence including victim’s statement and pictures of injuries.
He was charged with simple battery against a police officer, obstruction of law enforcement officer, battery – family violence and transported to DeKalb County Jail

It was taking "the wifey" way too long to get her stuff. The officer should have made her speed it up because in her own way she was being rude to the officer but yet she called them. The police are very underrated & unappreciated everyone hates Po Po until they need them
