On January 20, 2022, the Avondale Police Department responded to a disturbance call at a Waffle House located in Decatur, Georgia. The incident involved a customer who was causing disruptions and refusing to comply with the establishment’s guidelines.

According to reports, the Waffle House was only serving orders for takeout due to certain restrictions in place. However, one customer was insistent on dining in and refused to leave the premises. Officers were called to the scene to address the situation.

The responding officer calmly approached the individual and explained the situation, requesting that he leave the restaurant. Despite multiple attempts to reason with him, the customer continued to be uncooperative. Eventually, the decision was made to take more serious action.

The individual was placed under arrest for refusing to comply with the officer’s instructions and causing a disturbance in the restaurant. After being apprehended, he was placed in a police vehicle. During the process of paperwork and formalities, the individual directed offensive language towards the officer. Despite this behavior, the officer maintained their professionalism and remained composed throughout the interaction.

Following the arrest, the disruptive customer was transported to the Dekalb County Jail

  1. At the end of the day he did threaten the employees and trespassed but the officers only found that out after the fact. The arrest before hand I believe was unlawful. He looked at you wrong? When did he say he would eat the officer. I’m lost

  2. 2:55 so let me get this straight, he wants to use resources that would be tied up from someone who truly needs them because his feet are sore. They really need to start charging people who demand an Ambulanc just to stop from going to jail right away and waisting my Tax money. This has to stop.

  3. He needs his food back he was not going crazy if he was white he would get sizzler took to him in his cell with extras real talk

  4. Big problem when bullies grow up to be men of big stature. He knows what he’s doing and I would love to see him get handled by a real man.

  5. It's "Lionel" from the peanuts! with his blanket! Call my daddy! lol You can't threaten people!

  6. Can definitely see this guy was doing anything he could to stay off the street until he could get to where he was going.

  7. did i miss something or did the cop provoke the situation? he was leaving, and she accused him of threatening her just to detain him. this was a power trip by her because she got offended by his demeanor. fishing for a reason to arrest him. hes an idiot for giving a false name hes probably drunk but most definitely unstable. these aren't good officers , shes an officer to be scared of because shes not in control of her emotions

  8. I can just hear you explaining to other inmates that you were arrested because you refused to leave a Waffle House. Can you imagine the humiliation? No way. I would go into the parking lot to finish it

  9. First the officer scary as, tells dude to step outside. Then as he proceeds to do so she hand cuffs him. She was scared as hell. That’s the only time wyte women are scared of blk dudes. When they’re not gettin no dick. 😊😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. These 304’s crazy!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂
