San Antonio, Texas — On March 29th, 2023, at approximately 12:45 pm, two SAPD officers responded to a call for a shooting in progress at Arnold Park, 1011 Gillette Blvd. Upon arriving, witnesses directed the officers to the suspect, who was still in the park. 1. He fired bullets at police and doesn't get an attempted murder of a police officer on the record…. Smh

  2. Be interesting to know where he was shot
Severely enough to be critical, sure, but he still managed to run a hell of a long way before they got him

  3. 911 caller: "He's wearing pants."
That's the American word for trousers, unless I'm mistaken. Is the wearing of trousers an uncommon and notable occurrence in San Antonio?

  4. If a bullet comes out when they point it at people, that’s attempted murder. Gtfoh with that ag assault bs.

  5. Ladies and Gentlemen, what you just witnessed in this video is two incredible, brave, and mentally strong policeman and police women who did their damn job exactly how it should be in the textbooks. The exact opposite of some of the coward LEOs you'll see on YT or in da streets

  6. This is horrible marksmanship. The two cops were fifty feet away (Google Earth). That's about sixteen yards.

If I could not hit my target with every round fired at sixteen yards, rifle, pistol, or shotgun, I'd hang my head in shame. Cops are notoriously bad shots. Look at the impact of the shots hitting the sand, many feet from the intended target.

Look out, the monkey's got a gun.

  7. That takes true courage to confront an active shooter in the open with zero cover. I don't care if you're an ex Seal.

  8. Aggravated Assault? really? Not attempted murder/ I wouldn't bother being a cop there with those kind of woke prosecutors releasing someone like that back on the streets after you put your life on the line.

  9. Cops don't get enough credit. When a crazy, suicidal asshole walks in to a park and just starts shooting and NO ONE else wants to or can do anything about it, the cops rapidly show up and end the situation.

  10. Not sure, but the fact that he was just shooting off a gun in a park, then when cops arrived he pointed the gun at his head and then at the cops, I'd say this was likely suicide by cop

  11. 1 deg at ~100ft puts you off target by 5.2 ft.
Now try that while running (in sand no less) keeping situational awareness (parntner's location, people down range, the gyros you had for breakfast wants out).

  12. Man with a gun… Let's get out and shoot at him with a pistol. It worked but an AR platform would have ended this immediately. AN SBR for every officer. AR platform vs pistol at a range of 20 meters or more and the AR wins every time.

  13. Ya so is this the new way kill someone? just make a fake 911 call and the cops will come shoot whoever you want. It's like a free legal hitman. The dumb pigs don't think there being used because they're programmed to kill. Is that what's going on here? Wtf happend to investigating? Shouldn't the pigs be arrested for murder?

  14. Nice transition from moving vehicle to running on foot… I had to rewind that a few times to see how seamlessly they did that.
