Altercation at Dunwoody Tavern Leads to Arrest as Police Uncover Troubling Pattern

#CrimeCamNow
In a recent incident that unfolded at Dunwoody Tavern in Dunwoody, Georgia, on January 1, 2022, local police were called to investigate a disturbance involving a drunk man who had been arguing and pushing another patron at the bar. The officers arrived to find the intoxicated individual leaving the premises, prompting them to inquire about the events that transpired inside.
The drunk man, visibly inebriated, struggled to provide a coherent explanation for his behavior, admitting only that he had misbehaved without any recollection of the specific details. Further conversation revealed that his excessive drinking was a result of the recent and traumatic loss of multiple family members and his beloved dog. The emotional toll of these events had evidently taken its toll on his mental state.
During their investigation, the officers spoke with the tavern employees and the individual involved in the altercation. Surprisingly, both parties expressed their reluctance to press charges against the drunk man; their primary concern was ensuring that he would not return to the establishment. However, a concerned woman inside the tavern approached the officers, expressing her fear and anxiety due to the drunk man’s actions triggering her Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Recognizing the gravity of the situation, the officer assured her that his supervisor would speak with her promptly.
In light of the circumstances, the officer issued a criminal trespass warning to the drunk man, strictly prohibiting him from returning to the bar. Additionally, the officer informed his supervisor about the woman’s request for a discussion. As the supervisor engaged in conversation with her, it became apparent that this incident was not an isolated event involving the intoxicated individual. Further discussions with witnesses and the establishment’s manager revealed a troubling pattern of behavior. Although the manager had not witnessed any specific incidents and the surveillance footage was unavailable, the collective testimonies and information gathered led to a crucial decision.
Realizing the need for immediate action, the supervisor contacted a transporting officer who had been driving the drunk man home. Just as they arrived at his residence, the supervisor intervened and asserted that the intoxicated individual must be placed under arrest. Despite the inconvenience caused, it was essential to address the concerning pattern of behavior and ensure the safety and well-being of the community.
The drunk man was subsequently arrested and charged with disorderly conduct while under the influence. He was then transported to the DeKalb County Jail.

  1. You know what's a 'dick move'? Constantly using excuses for getting completely blotto and assaulting people in a bar. Keep your behind at home and drink yourself silly every night if you want.

  2. 'I'm an attorney, this is criminal behavior', I see her goal, she's using 'PTSD' as an angle to get charges pressed so there's a court record she can use to start a lawsuit to get money from the bar claiming to be 'traumatized' by a guy who really didn't do anything that wrong. Sick.

  3. Excuse me Karen if your not actually a victim or involved in the incident and the actual victim doesn't want to press charges what the heck had it got to do with you mind your own business.

  4. I have severe depression disorder and severe complex ptsd and I dont ever put myself in situations like a bar, where there is a chance of someone getting into a fight and a possibility of myself being involved because I am in that environment. She is a an attention seeking Karen who just wanted to interject herself into the situation. You can tell that she was really getting into the whole "Im a victim " mentality the more she opened her sewer hole of a mouth….. and those officers should have just told her they would make a report and walked away. I bet if they talked to anyone who knows her they would tell you that she is a trouble maker nosy ass Karen who gets in everyones business. Oh and I SERIOUSLY DOUBT THAT SHE IS AN ATTORNEY!!!!!!!! She probably is a Sovereign and thinks she is an attorney lol…

  5. i think the lady dragged it a lil bit with the ptsd thing but she had a point when she said he couldve came back in the bar with a gun or continuing to assault people. but me personally i wouldnt have pressed it like her hes banned and if he returns he will be arrested, and if hes a repeater like she says he is he will be back. i work at a gas station will i had to get physical with a customer and cops were called and i decided not to press charges but the cops trepassed him. he came back literally 2 days later and was arrested lol

  6. You cant take past things into account for a present situation . When white women dont mind their business. Hope she is jailed

  7. Drunk guy should've been driven home, end of story. Lil Miss Karen made the whole situation worse & made Drunk Guys life rougher than it already was! What a complete & utter bitch!
Even the arresting Officer feels bad for Drunk Guy…. That tells you something!

  8. She deserves to be arrested πŸ˜‚ She holding up the cops from something way more serious smh πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ

  9. So tired of people claiming to have ptsd when the likely hood of the claim being true highly unlikely. Such disrespect to true victims of ptsd. The Karen needs arrested for being a Karen.

  10. Screw that blonde lady! He was trespassed and if the bar hadn't done anything on any other occasions then that's on them. Now that they had a criminal trespass that was more than enough. I can't stand that blonde lady who was probably half cut herself. That poor cop who ended up having to arrest him. His safety was a concern at that point and it could have been a huge thing for him! Again screw that Karen and her stupid ass. Triggered my PTSD, I'm prone to abuse she said. I'm sorry to hear that but if you are scared then don't go to a bar and get some help. Bah!

  11. Omg leave it alone lady. Sorry you had a bad childhood but come on don’t put yourself in a bar with drunk stupid people lol. Shut up Karen
