The SCOTUS decision Brandenburg v. Ohio states, that to qualify as conspiracy, the advocacy for such lawless action must be both IMMINENT and LIKELY. This situation doesn't even come close to qualifying as conspiracy and is only being used to harass this individual.
How come when I put up self incriminating, potentially violent, non-conformist, and anti-social comments on the net I never have cops show up at my door? To be such a marginalized loser is in by itself a violation of my Human Rights and btw I did say I should take a crap on a public official's lawn in reaction to someone removing toilets from homeless encampments. Still no police ~ Where is the justice?
As I read through the comments on this video I can't help but wonder how different the opinions would be IF the women was a member of leftwing groups instead of rightwing groups. It is insane to me just how much political ideology today determines an individual's value or innocence or even if the God given rights that most today take for granted even apply to those who hold the wrong views.

She’s so damn offended that someone has stepped onto her property but yet was talking about going onto someone else’s & dumping trash 🙄👏 & they were trying to leave & she just kept on, it lets everyone know what kind of person she is, I’d hate to have her as a neighbor……or mother, or wife lol can u imagine what they must go through. I would give A instead of B+ to the cops. They were not required to remove the citizen since they were only in the knock and talk doctrine and they were also not discussing private information. There was also no fences or anything of the sort in property so no expectation or privacy in the area. I also don't believe they need to issue a trespassing notice to the citizen since I believe they would be overstepping their authority since it appears to me the citizen was just passing by and even if he wasn't he was already leaving instead of remaining in the property. The reason I would give A instead of A+ is the time of visit and nothing else the cop even helped the miss by saying she was exercising her fifth amendment rights.
