  2. She won the lawsuit lottery that day, the police walked right into it . They don’t care money doesn’t grow on trees but it does grow on taxpayers

  3. Just looked this case up and she had not only her conviction overturned but won that lawsuit. I think an amended opinion and grade should be considered for this case on this audit the audit now 😊. I think she gets an A-

  4. "we don't make the rules"
"we're just trying to get you on technicalities of those rules that might apply to you getting home"

  5. Heartless and pathetic, I hope these officers have been given some retraining in how to 'serve and protect' the community and not 'torment and persecute' the community.

  6. You wanted her to reason with officers who couldn’t reason out that without her assistance device she would be stranded? Their poor discretion was evidence that they’d be reasonable there?

  7. I think these cops have a problem with women. They are going out of their way to be mean. Unreasonable they are. Shame on them.

  8. Because she is disabled and it was freezing outside and she'd already received her citations she left by detaining her as long as they did they potentially endangered her life people with physical disabilities don't always have the blood flow to the extremities as those without disabilities.
