This was outrageous. Out off experience i know how i react with a gun against me, if this was her first time,plus phone dead and sick kid. IT'S NORMAL TO FREAK OUT!!!!! I do believe the ither cops should have been punished and send for additional traning for not stepping in. My first encounter i was screaming and crying and laughing at the same time. There was a great support for me. In the Netherlands police is so much better trained. And my case was in the 80s. 😊
