  1. Why are seatbelts enforced, anyway? it is none of the government's business. The only person who might be harmed is the person not wearing a seatbelt. The other party interested might be the medical insurer, which might have to pay a little more to fix the damage of going head-first through the windshield.

  2. Even if the cop feigned an infraction, everything the cop did was lawful and the cop really kept his cool with what looks like some Lefty nincompoop. Im by no means pro cop, or anti cop, but in this interaction, if the cop says ge pulled you for a seatbelt, end of story, take that sh*t to court but speculating on why he pulled you is not for the side of the road. Sure, this pos cop is fishing for citations, but thats not how you handle that situation

  3. That is an absolute lie. Vehicles and motor vehicles in a commercial capacity are the only things that are really regulated by the transportation code. The Texas transportation code section 521.143 and 144 you get to opt out of owning a motor vehicle, you do not have to have registration you do not have to have insurance, and that means the only thing that they give drivers license is for the occupational operation of a motor vehicle, which you don’t own any of anymore and that’s the law in the state of Texas and state if you look for it, it has to be operating by the rules. why is it important that under Texas transportation code 521.143 and 521.144 that that applies only to a new resident that is because it all already applies to everyone in the state and you have to offer new citizens everything that is available to anybody that is in the state. Thompson versus Smith right to travel case notes that very clearly the lady that moved from Florida to Washington DC had to immediately be treated as a citizen of Washington DC and they could not make her wait a year to start receiving benefits.

  4. No he gets an F. You admitted he had no reason to pull over the motorist to book a passenger and was belligerent on insisting the passenger give up his rights

  5. Went through a checkpoint on the way to school about 30 years ago. Officer asked for license and insurance. Took off seatbelt to get information. Cop pulled me out of car and said I was hiding drugs. Tore car apart and found nothing. Wrote me a ticket for no seatbelt because he didn’t fire me permission to take my seatbelt off. You can’t make this shit up.

  6. The seatbelt law is compete BS. Cops enforce law with the threat of force. The perfect example of how they love to serve and protect the sh!t out of us.

  7. The cop gets an E. He pulled over a car with no legally allowable basis. He made up a reason because he wanted to stop the vehicle to "run" a certain person. Beyond that, even if the passenger wasn't wearing a seatbelt, a LEO should NEVER, EVER pull anyone over merely because some ADULT in the vehicle isn't wearing a seatbelt. That topic is #38,755,164 on the list of "Things cops should be worrying about in the carrying out of their duties." It is a complete waste of time and resources, AND it is nothing but a bullshit excuse for cops to pull over a vehicle when there is no intellectually honest reason for it.

  8. One of my favorite police interactions was when I was traveling home from work. At the time the stretch was about half a mile of road. There's a pretty big speed limit change right in between. It goes from 35 to 45, and from where I pull onto the main road you can see the sign, so I basically just go right for 50 and by the time I do I'm already just about to slow down to turn into my neighborhood.

Anyway this kid cop pulls me over as I'm turning into my neighborhood and I stop short of my house. He came to my window and asked if I knew what the speed was on that road. He asked me rather loudly if I knew what the speed limit was and I said 'uhhh yeah it's 45' and he just kind of yelled, '_well_ you were going 50!' and then he just left. Lol.

He didn't have his lights on until I had already slowed down to make my turn too. I couldn't have been going over 45 for more than a few seconds. When I made my turn I think it was like a predatory instinct to catch one's prey clicked in his lizard brain. At least he was honest, it was just funny seeing him try and fail to save face. Did the right thing though. Of course what was kind of funny is that he pulled me over for speeding and didn't know what the speed limit was and had to ask me lol.

  9. HEADS UP! The THC DUI law in Pennsylvania needs to be fixed. You can get a DUI in PA for having THC in your blood even if you are not actively intoxicated, have a STATE ISSUED medical card and haven’t used your MEDICATION in a week. If you refuse blood test automatic DUI. It’s policing for a profit‬.

  10. This whole seatbelt law is a product of the government wanting to overreach and have another reason to run everybody’s IDs!! The blue pigs do not care about your safety. The government does not care about your safety the whole Seat belt law it’s just another avenue for them to request IDs.!

  11. Transportation code has to do with transportation.
Look it up in your state.
If you're not involved in transportation, the codes do not apply.
Of course, a lawyer will tell you different, because they're also in the tyranny club.

  12. This is the first time I've seen you put a misleading title on a video. This man absolutely does not force the cop to give up and leave! The man's daughter caves in and gives HER details to satisfy the cop, and the cop then ALLOWS them to leave! Why the misleading title? That's not like you – you're normally SO precise!

  13. First off stop calling this idiot Cop " Sir" he's not a " Sir" He's a public servant he addresses you as " Sir " Second for sure file a complaint on this fool, and inform him you will Sue him personally if he violates your rights, This Cop is a Low paid Low IQ Clown. Texas has mostly good Cops but this fool is a disgrace.

  14. If the man was not wearing a seatbelt, then if as a result of a serious collision he would become a projectile inside the vehicle and may cause injury or even death to the other occupants of that vehicle, so who firstly would have to witness the aftermath of the scene and secondly would the man be so proud to post that on his youtube channel.
