8. The statement made about the cops trying to manufacture the aggressiveness is nothing new for the LA County Sheriffs.
   They went after a family using another dirty tactic. They got called to a party and beat up family members and during this they called for backup stating they were taking rocks and bottles.
   They lost the case because the neighbor across the street was filming the whole thing and the jury noticed the remarkable lack of rocks and bottles in the video.
   They're straight up liars and should be in jail with double the sentence a normal citizen would get.

When the driver is told to exit the car, he MUST exit the car. He is breaking the law & not "mostly" not resisting, as u deviously say. He would have moved when they both struggled to get him out if he wasn't forcefully resisting. Another guy that created his own problem & has deluded legal knowledge to disobey lawful orders & think he can demand a supervisor.
