  1. It's their ego. They always want things to happen the way they want and will even lie yo get what they want. Cause nobody will fire them.

  2. I wouldn’t have given the guy a A for is level of aggression he was showing off. That interaction probably would have gone way better if he hadn’t been so aggressive from the start. While the cop should have done better he was responding to the drivers aggressive behavior, an being aggressive at the start any conversation is never going to end well.

  3. I the Holmes vs Florida,,, a female officer noticed an unusually large bulge in Mr. Holmes pants, after further investigation it was declared that Mr. Holmes was packing a 14" Penis,, this was declared an unlawful search, because state statue clearly states a large bulge in a males groin area alone does not constitute a pat down,,, 😂😜✌️🇺🇲✊️🗽⚖️

  4. It's really messed up that officers take whatever actions they feel like and it's up to the citizens to know exactly what they are and are not allowed to do OR they have to let themselves get violated.

  5. The driver told the officer, "I am your worst nightmare." That would be cause to believe he was dangerous. Interesting that the narrator fails to mention this.

Bottom line: Keep purposely making law enforcement work hard for policemen and soon there won’t be anyone willing to take up such a profession. Then what will you all do?

  6. 8:40

While the cop is an ass, the auditor said "I'm your worst nightmare" and then refused to declare whether they had weapons. While it is flimsy, this does present a possibility that not only is the auditor armed but could be planning on acting violently. IMO, while much of this interaction so far is inappropriate, a simple pat down to confirm that the auditor is speaking only of legal and verbal responses instead of violent physical responses can be justified… even if it's a flimsy ghost of a threat, the officer had the prerogative to interpret "im your worst nightmare" as a physical threat.

  7. so question…Arizona says filming within 8 feet of the officers location is too close, but what if it's your incident? does that differ?

  8. It is impossible to drive a car straight as an arrow.. we are not machines but it does give cops a right to make his department a lot of money on bogus bs!! Just like holding 55 at turns, curves, uphill and downhill.. that's why they give 3-5 mph leeway

  9. I guess for many cops is so hard ( EGO ) accepting another citizen know more about laws compared to with them , the fact they are Law enforcement officers DONT know the law and basic civil rights is dangerous and expensive for taxpayers in my opinion , not for cops because not many times they face consequences for the simple facts they wrong doings normally are dismissed for NOT wrong doing found after being investigated for the same department in my opinion, when a department OUTSIDE of PD take this investigations agains cops in my opinion is when all this abuse of power can be ended.

  10. WOW!
    Americans are so lucky.
    You are SO free.

That is one powerful Constitution you got there. It was completely violated in numerous ways in this video and that cop is still on duty, unreprimanded and unconcerned. He has qualified immunity. (Who the hell thought that one up, Jesus Christ!).

If an officer in my country behaved that way, it would be his first and last chance, he'd be immediately fired and never allowed to serve again. See, in my country, officers swear on a document that they will not only maintain moral actions in all of their conduct, on the job, or not, but are also expected to exceed ordinary morality and behave as professionals at all times. Violate that and you can and often are fired without warning. Your cops make an oath to a Constitution they violate every chance they get.

And what do you do? You make videos.

I mean, holy shit, we let these people walk around with guns, of course they need to be in control 100% of the time.

You people are a joke. Freest Country on earth?
Anyone else on the floor having a good belly laugh?

America is NOT a State, it is a state of mind. You are not a free people. Does it make you feel better to lie about it?
"America, FUCK YEAH! We're Number One!"

  11. Mr Rullus is just anti authority and this channel hates law and order. One day you’ll get the world you want to live in and savages will make you appreciate what you helped to destroy

  12. Sovereign citizens believe they are not under jurisdiction of the federal government and consider themselves exempt from U.S. law. They use a variety of conspiracy theories and falsehoods to justify their beliefs and their activities, some of which are illegal and violent.

  13. I would give him, more of a B+. He could have been more aggressive towards his partner. I think he wanted to hold back, let the officer in the investigation to sink in his stupidity
