  11. that cop has been playing to much nopixel gta, they pretend to spikestrip but jump in front of the vehicle and get hit, which they believe gives them the right to do what ever they want to the "suspect"

  12. For the record, the officer had a spike strip in his hands, he wasn't just standing in front of the car… Failed spike deployment.

  20. I think the justice system is recognizing, the cops have to take responsibility for their actions, you can't just blame everything on the suspect when an officer gets hurt like this, they must reign in those egos.

  39. To answer everyone's questions, remember cops are purposefully hired at low I.Q. With that fact we can infer that yes Officer Doughbrain here did in fact believe he would hulk smash that car with himself.
