So she basically got herslef an interest free loan which she then made interest on then repaid it when people became aware of it and she realsised being a Captain wasn't going to prevent a criminal investigation that she was clearly guilty of as she was never entitled to the money to start with. Clear cut, open and shut.

30. I suggest that anyone who has been convicted of embezzlement and was imprisoned, sue the county or city, or whatever it is for wrongful conviction. If any citizen did what she did they would put them under the jail. The whole department is corrupt. I think the lady sounds like she is drugged.

The same thing has been going on now for 7 years concerning President Trump. Now with the information at hand, seems the same has occurred with H. Biden & the POTUS. SEEMS? Open and FACTUAL.
