  1. Re conquering the commons. It has to start from the bottom up. Cast off your fear and join the fight. Thanks Paul & the RNN.

  2. Change begins at the local & state level – get out, get active. It matters. Excellent interview! Be sure to share this people & donate what you can.

  3. Not going to watch this one. The sad reality is that she has been revealed as a fraud and that even to a degree her activism previously to jump to politics was also fraudulent. She will lose the next elections (in March) because the Barcelonese have learned her many lies and limitations.

    Recent polls for Barcelona city:

    (1) 65% unhappy with Ada Colau: http://electomania.es/metrpoli-abierta-el-65-de-los-barceloneses-descontentos-con-ada-colau/ – Even among her voters, only 12% think she has fulfilled their expectations.

    (2) Colau expected to lose seats and become second force: http://electomania.es/time-consultants-para-barcelona-erc-ganaria-la-alcaldia-valls-y-el-psc-acechan-a-colau-el-pp-sin-representacion/

  4. This segment shows the difficult work of progressivism—relentless effort to organise independent power, implement intensely-resisted reforms, and defend hard-won gains. Well done Real News team & Mr. Jay!

  5. Wow !What an incredible , intelligent and unflappable woman !!Wishing her the very best against the neo-liberal Eurozone agenda !!The revolution and the resistance initiated by Barcelonians and the Parisians are the populist flames essential to stoke the social changes that will wrestle control away from the elitist forces globally in the foreseeable future .

  6. Congratulations for bringing hope to the people…amazingly good work in such a short period of time. Change IS possible and the new Mayor is showing us the way.
