Like any other person who owns property you could take out a mortgage or line of credit against the property IF you have equity in the property (regardless of it being a home, commercial building, golf course, whatever). BUT It's glaringly obvious that trump has either not enough equity or his properties are worth so little that he can't get the money. Very simple and ironic for this pretend "billionaire" trump.
He did nothing wrong and the banks benefited financially from his transactions. Why are the banks not loaning him the money to satisfy the bond? God don't like ugly, can you imagine how many people who worked for minimum wages were duped by him, instead of paying them he sued them which resulted with the victims dropping the charges because they don't have the financial resources to continue litigation. $465 million is poetic justice 😂
