America our laws & constitution needs an upgrade and update since some court's seem to not understand exactly what it means, we need something in place for the next 45 that comes along 🤔 & crooked judges, if America is first we wouldn't be watching an insurrectionist run free & on our ballots !

My advice to Trump, since his guilt is only in doubt as to technicalities, just like his first win in '16; is to claim insanity, work an assortment of plea deals, save the country and loads of people money and time, and wear a chip for the rest of his life. He's only "a danger to himself or society"; if we give him the power to be so. E Jeanne Carroll got her wad; the IRS is the only other victim of his fraud; (who cares?) ; unless you count his faithful followers who died of Covid. He will save millions on lawyers who aren't helping anyone's image they're all so bad.
    Just give it up, Don; it's over. What you did in the long run was light a match for democracy by threatening to snatch it away; long enough to wake up the smirking Left from their Woke Trance; reveal some really hardcore fanatics with lots of guns, "militias" we never saw, and pull more women into the Washington Mix, like Jasmine Crockett; may she live 'til she's 100.

    He’s not going to court over these offences anytime soon.
    His delay tactics have played all of them.
    Only chance now is down to voters to keep him out of office.
    Even though he will say it’s stolen again,and get his maga maniacs to start a riot again.
    Let the people keep him out and let the courts lock him up in 2025.
    This seems to be the only option now.

  19. Alina is no legal genius-–but what bothers me about her is she seems to have no principles. She either believes 100% in trump or there is some hanky panky going on—I don't understand how she could be so stupid and that is the only thing that makes sense. She could obviously do better but there are women who love power–I dont understand it.

  33. This is truly a laugh, you have a male that has red raped, and can not stop trash talking about her, saying he does not know her. But cannot shut the hell up. You have a male that is saying how much he admires a male that kill millions because he did not like them just because they was Jew. You have a male that says he can get way with shooting a gun down Main Street and not lose a vote, the women should be punished for having abortions, but not saying the male that got them pregnant would get any type of punishment for rape, forcing her to abandon because he does not want his wife to find out, or even the women having abortions for a medical reason. Hell he would not even put in health plan to help children after they was born.

  35. If Trump truly believed that he was innocent of all the allegations against him and that he was the victim of a political witch hunt, he should stop playing for time, let the cases be heard and settled on the evidence, if he is found guilty he can appeal after.
    Why stall and try to obtain immunity for things you say you haven't done?
    Easy, he doesn't want the evidence heard before the election if he can sabotage it.
    He really should be in prison now pending trial.

He’s not letting Trumps lawyers in on anything they don’t already know. Furthermore, just imagine Alina Habba sitting in her office dictating from Bens show. If that were the case she might have been able to follow the basic courtroom protocol.
