Yes, the Supreme Court is in Donnie's court to speak. They have waited until the 28th of April a day before they go on vacation. Avoiding their decision to grant Donnie immunity from all crimes. They are not ashamed at all of negating an amendment to the Constitution. and negating law or making law themselves. The irony is that they will guarantee their own extinction as a ruling body overseeing our higher law. Donnie as an autocrat for life will have no use for them or Congress too. As he will be the sole unitary ruler and law himself.

Given the republican play book made very clear with numerous past actions, it seems pretty obvious to me that what they will plan to do is, if Dump gets back in power, they will say that they want to expand the court.
And then when there is pushback from Democrats — because it's obvious what they're doing, and that they just want to make a super duper ultra mega majority, where it's something like
12 CONservatives to, 3 liberals — they will sarcastically and mockingly say, 'Ohhhh, wait a minute, I thought you guys wanted to expand the court(?),' and then rattle off all the instances where Democrats called for that, and then use that as their excuse to proceed with expanding the court and loading it up with conservatives to a point where they would figure to have a super duper ultra majority for maybe even a 100 plus years.
