10. Good for the court. If a few people in a "blue" state can disqualify a candidate they don't like, then people in "red" states can and will do the same, tit for tat, until no election is possible. Perfect recipe for civil war.
    The host of this video and many others may believe that Trump is guilty of insurection; but many others do not; and in fact he was acquited of this charge when tried by the US Senate during his second impeachment, so the prohibition against double jeopardy would apply. The idea that 1 judge and six petitioners can by themselves decide who the other 3 million voters in their state will be allowed to vote for is much more of a threat to democracy than the January 6 protest ever was. But then again, there's nothing new about the pot calling the kettle black.

Which in return would mean denial of key assignment by the judges. Depending on the gravity of it it would open room to strip away the lifelong assignment. Just my educated guess , based on the little I know about Justice.

    The absence of guidelines established under 14.5 does not, does not, grant the power, any power, to the states or to the people.

    More to your rant, I do not see that SCOTUS reversed Colorado's determination that rump is an insurrectionist only that, congress had not set the guidelines to implement 14.3, equally, accross these united states.
