Trump wants a Supreme Court pardon, period. ⚠️ He wants them to invent an excuse to give him a pass and absolve him from all of his criminality (before, during AND after his presidency), in a way that excludes every president before or after him. 👎
They will sign the Court's death warrant if they do this, because he could defy them (or any judge) at will, with no consequences. 🫤

This exemplifies the two systems of judicial process. The design of the system is to create a way for the rich and politically powerful to delay and escape the application of law to them. The person on the street gets rushed to trial where preparation or counsel is irrelevant to expedience for the appearance of due process. The system was designed broken for the benefit of the wealthy including corporations. The laws that are suppose to protect the public are adjudicated rarely and with indifference to their merit. Attorneys operate a business and only those cases where the payout is potentially great and likely will the average person get representation. Corporation and the wealthy know create a complicated case so getting representation for the average person is impossible.
This is an indictment on the criminal justice system that has taken away the freedom of millions of Americans as well as impose the death sentence on many as well. Now we see the truly colors (literally) of the justice system that cannot bring to justice one of the worst criminals that has walked the ground that is America. How can the criminal justice system move forward from this with any sense of trust and confidence?
