The Alabama Supreme Court just found that a weeks-old embryo created through IVF treatment has MORE RIGHTS than its mother and father. Alabama has now become the 12th state to join the “personhood” movement, its Supreme Court ruling that an embryo that is destroyed could lead to murder charges and/or a wrongful death lawsuit, which could mean the end of IVF as a family planning technology in such states. WTF? So an embryo is a baby now?? Okay??? So if a frozen embryo is thawed. Gets placed back in the female. And does not show the female is pregnant in 14 days plus. So under these crazy MAGA thinkings (BTW:There are NO gods). Say in 20 days its time the female needs to be jailed for murder. . After a female gets a pee stick reading she is pregnant. These pee sticks must be turned into law inforcement. So they can check is 9mo's for live birth. So they can be tested by DNA to their kid. If no match, females get charged with murder.

I know I’m 7 days late…but forced pregnancy is slavery and abortion bans create forced pregnancy…thus they should technically violate the constitutional amendment that ended slavery
This makes me so sick to my stomach. As someone going through IVF now, I cannot imagine ever living in a State that lives like this. There is no guarantee that the embryo would even implant and become a healthy pregnancy (about 32%). That means 68% of these embryos won't even be viable. And non-viable embryos have more rights than women.

You shed 1,000,000 skin cells each day. IVF embryo just 50 undifferentiated cells. No brain cells. No tissue cells. Just a microscopic blob of cells. That’s a person? Only in the mystical sense or imagination. There is no murder. It is dishonest to pretend that fifty cells is a person.
I lived in Alabama on a job for 9 months. I do not see any positive value in Alabamian fertility.
