  2. Trump has Merchan over a barrel. This hack judge won’t jail Trump over this gag order. Trump is gonna keep his First Amendment like a boss all the way to November.

  3. It is ridiculous at this point one should be removed from office (impeachment) and the other one should stop trying to be re- elected it’s gone far enough !

  10. I have to agree with Karen tonight (sorry Popok). From the moment that Judge Cannon began issuing odd rulings & displaying bizarre judicial behavior, my first thought was, “She’s afraid (of Trump).” He is capable of anything, which is reason to be afraid.

  11. Michael, you have mentioned many times that the Dobb's decision was the first time a right was taken away. In fact, Prohibition took away the right to drink alcohol. It's unpopularity ( (and obvious ignoring the law) lead to its repeal.

  12. Don't rule out the the possibility that Trump (or his attorney) will have a medical emergency befor April 15th. It might be time to have those bone spurs looked at.

  13. By the way I just started the Credit Report so I have to finish it. I will let you know. So far I have 2 Factories in New York, One in Pennsylvania, and One in France. That is part of the most recent investments made with my identity and monies, properties etc. In 2002 I gave the FBI 10 names and in 2010, and 11, 12 I gave them 88 then over a hundred. Everything I told them rang true. There is no Statute of Limitations in my situation which is one of the reasons I fought for E. Jean Carrol and other Survivors the way I did. You may take this off but I had to get a medsage to you. We can include the other Brilliant Lawyer if she wants to join us and I think she does. I want to respectfully address that with her and the team. You Popok practice in other places which believe me will make people sigh in relief Many of my loved ones have been waiting to exhale for a very long time. I have been in danger all along but Warrior On. Like I said feel free to take my message down after reading. Congratulations on your beautiful new office Karen! Talk soon. By the way I have proof witnesses and back up but I must stay safe. Blessings all around.

  16. Why does it matter what another court said about DJT's disgorgement? The Supreme Court ignores itself, example, Dobbs. I get tired of hearing that the judgement was too high because of what another court said. Screw them, just follow the Supreme Court's example and rule any way you feel like ruling. I think Mr. Popok is just using wishful thinking. He's analyzing how a functioning court system would work and then making pronouncements based on that analysis. In another universe where we had a functioning court, I think attorneys/experts Popok and Agnifilo would be spot on. I wish we lived in their world, but we don't. Our court systems no longer function, unless you are poor. Trump hasn't been accountable for anything. All he has done is pay bonding companies. No justice yet and I doubt there will ever be equal justice under the law in this country. When Trump dodges his crimes and becomes President, all our statements will be hoovered up and we'll go to the gulag. Happy days!

    Note: I do know that things roll uphill to the Supremes and there are different levels of courts. That's not what I am referring to when I say "why does it matter . . .". I am referring to the judge shopping, the crazy decisions, the lying to congress, the involvement of judges in areas that scientists spend their entire careers trying to understand, and some person in a black robe knows better.

Personally I'm not a republican & not a Democrat, the whole system has been usurped & its time for the usurpers to dismantle our nation, there are 45 goals written in the naked communist & i suggest you read these rules then you will find the ones that align with what we are going through today then step out of a left right narrative & digest what you are seeing.
