The reversible error(s) and reprimand from the 11th circuit in the earlier case should have disqualified her to serve on this case. All of the cases, including SCOTUS, related to Trump make a farce of our judicial system. I wouldn't trust any federal judge now, especially the 5th circuit and SCOTUS.
What does this say about our justice ⚖️ system. They all seem to be corrupt and trying to help or shield Trump. Justice is supposed to be blind and they are to go by the law
It's all very well to say that her career as a judge should be ended, but she still deliberately takes steps to wreck the case, and nothing seems to be able to be done to stop her. The 11th circuit is powerless to stop her, as she turns the American judicial system into a laughing stock, which is being witnessed by the rest of the world.

Seeing that this judge was appointed by Trump it has been questionable from the start that Smith didn’t move to have the judge replaced on that basis, especially when rulings she made had to overturned in her first Trump trial when she erroneously appointed a Special Master to the case. Talk about the appearance of a conflict of interest!

Anyone given access to classified Confidential, Secret, Top Secret, and Specially Compartmented Information, no matter their position, are trained and briefed in the proper handling of that classified information and its proper protection.
