Trump has been on about "political speech this and that for quite some time; about 20K lies ago, in 2017 or so, Trump was saying all the effort to gag him or shame him by fact checking was a waste; his speech was of the deeply protected political speech category and anything he said was "political speech". Go read transcripts from his speeches from the last seven years. Ultimately, Trump doesn't believe that even nasty comments about the juries or any one else involved in prosecuting him are anything but Deep State political stooges, paid to take him out. He requires no evidence or even innuendo- he can provide both at any moment in time and it is all political speech; he has hung all of his words and actions on that primary concept of "political speech"- performative antics to get his Base up and voting is the same thing for him. Or maybe out harassing his enemies or court opposition, of whistling up some unfortunate to go down and shoot up another pizzeria. It won't be his fault, he was only "making political speech" and if anybody took him as meaning any of it, well too bad, not my problem. It didn't work for Sydney Powell and it shouldn't work for Defendant Donald John Trump. If they can't stop Donald, surely they can put a little on his lawyers for failing to reign him in. Let's see how Donald feels about paying thousands of dollars for lawyers time spent cooling their heels in a contempt holding cell.

47. I don't think it's as clever as checking with his lawyers on who he can go after. I think his lawyers remind him and leave, he then pulls out the opposition research he's had done without his lawyers knowing, picks a woman, any woman on that list and goes after them. His lawyers then have to back it up or justify his actions.

    I think that's why Tacopina quit. Or one of the reasons.
