the doc failed to advise her mother about folic acid, she unfortunately has had a hard time & many medical , physical setbacks due to that
I say ACLU should start suing for forced birth all expenses & complications for the woman & subsequent children sue the docs and the lawmakers & states that are forcing birth. If they had to pay they’d change their minds pretty quick.

I have noticed that health abortion information tries to give an explanation of “abortion”, however have ignored “spontaneous abortion” or “ectopic pregnancy abortion “. I recommend that their explanation include the two types as well as discuss non-viable fetal abortion. You should refer to actual medical text and discuss with obstetricians. We need to stop politicians and ministers from practicing medicine or determining “best medical practices”, perhaps they should be charged with “practicing medicine without a license” in a court of law.

All of the comments on here are disgusting, she waited 5 months!! Until the fetus became alive and responsive to stimuli, i would have agreed if she was 8 weeks and still a mass of tissue, but 19 weeks! Thats sick and she should be charged for murder so other women would not wait almost half a year until it is so developed its responsive to stimuli and kicking on the mothers belly, thats murder im pro abortion not pro murder

If a woman/girl dies because of adherence to legislation prohibiting abortion; can the legislators who wrote such legislation, as well as the legislators who voted for such laws, be charged with negligent homicide; inasmuch as there was sufficient scientific fact to disprove the passed legislation, and such fact was ignored in favor of partisan/religious opinions on the part of said legislators?
