The suspect in the death of August University student Laken Riley appeared before a judge Saturday morning. The judge revoking 26-year-old Jose Antonio Ibarra’s bail. Ibarra who is lives in Athens is charged with felony murder, kidnapping. During a Friday press conference officials said that Ibarra is not a U.S. citizen.
