So British and Australian Muslims can't travel to the US? What about Africans that are European citizens? No they aren't effected by the ban, therefore, it's not a Muslim or African ban. Also, there are christians and Europeans that live in the countries that are part of the ban that are affected. Like Obama's travel ban, it has nothing to do with race or religion.
