Remember BEFORE Obama, Bush's Clear Skies did the SAME THING about coal companies producing clean energy. So, what we really have is once again, ONLY THE APPEARANCE MATTERS.
The truth is that solar plants have been built and the problems that developed, the dust collecting on the panels, cloudy days, no way to store the collected energy, were there from the start and have not been solved.
