White collar criminologist Bill Black analyzes the New York Times investigation into Trump’s tax evasion and argues that if true, these would be considered felonies. However, he will probably never be held to account for this, before he leaves office

  1. trump, like all the other elite who profit from these scams, will NEVER be prosecuted. any system corrupt enough to allow this sleaze ball to get away the crimes he's committed his ENTIRE LIFE and then place him in the white house is corrupt BEYOND hope. you want justice for these gangsters you better be prepared to fight to over throw this system.

  2. All mafia dons of empire know the importance of their public person owning nothing but controlling everything in this central banking corporate illusion. Maybe some journalist should look up what he owns- if anything. More than likely everything attributed to Trump in the press is owned by his businesses or his trust, and he is just an agent of those businesses and the trustee of his Trust. If he didn't do those things he would certainly go to jail. A dead corps under admiralty UCC law cannot engage a living man of the land with the option of the common law at his disposal. And you can have other Trusts and business in the common law Trust, and it can never be subpoenaed and no judge can ever force you to display it in public because it's private- it is not corporate or government- it TRUMPS both entities- it is legally equal at minimum.
The press would have to come up with a lie to tell the debt slaves in the public about why the case was dismissed if they ever seek to investigate or try him- just like with Hilary- but, they'll never tell the enslaved public the truth about how easy it is to break free of the pirate Uniform Commercial Code they pass off on the publicly traded citizenry for law. UCC is nothing but color of law- the citizen slaves are free to leave the plantation whenever they learn enough to see thru the empire's veil of confusion- it's through the law of the land- the common law Trust. You can be rich like Trump and the lot of the corporate monopolists too- if you're insecure and in lack of spiritual nourishment to a high enough degree, where you do not care if anyone on earth can see that you are not healthy or balanced mentally or spiritually by the extent of your affinity for the material.

  3. I'm reading Bill's book right now and the Control Fraud that Charles Keating used to obtain Lincoln S and L is truly disturbing. The only reason The S and L crisis wasn't as bad as 2008 was because of the efforts of Bill and Edwin Gray. The S and L crisis happened in the 1980's and instead of more regulation and less Control Fraud we have the King of Control Fraud in the WH, what a fitting end for a system that has out lived its usefulness.

  4. Is the Republican and Democratic Party mostly composed of war mongers and criminals? The drug problem only grows worse and we are suffer endless wars.

  5. Best line: If he'd just put his daddy's money in a Vanguard fund, he really would be a billionaire ten times over. He was too stable a genius for that, though.

  6. Black is informative on topics like the 2008 bank bailout, the billionaires and tax fraud, etc., but then he manages to discredit himself by saying weird stuff like 'Americans are finally seeing how a real investigation is being done with Mueller's' (in a different Real News interview) or 'if the Democrats win back the Congress and the presidency they should make it a priority to revise tax law to get rid of the gray areas that the super wealthy take advantage of.' What makes him think Democrats will do anything to make the super wealthy pay their fair share of taxes? Didn't Obama make the Bush tax cuts permanent and refuse to go after the criminal bankers who crashed the global economy? Where was Black when this was going on?

  7. Egomaniacs soon show their true side. Now, will the public see, or be in the fog of delusion? Are the citizens like sheep, did our education system teach them that "The Government" was the problem? Then the oligarchs have you trained, it is the powerful people that control the government now. They bought the politicians, and it seems the Supreme Court too, the coup d'etat is complete and the citizens are drowning in debt. The only way to win is to cooperate and work together, this division they are preaching is just another way to win, who do you think they want to pay the countries debt. They sure do not think they should pay.

  8. What a fucking joke. This whole system is a fucking joke that takes every last dime from lower wage individuals and these ‘rich’ scam artists get richer while getting government money and then somehow never ever having to pay.

  9. Dr. Black is wrong again. You cant go after someone criminally or civilly for tax fraud more than 7 years ago as long as tax returns were filed for the year in question. Also, rent control is not the same as rent subsidized. Sure, the Drumpfs (their real name) used tax shelters to avoid tax. This is legal. And daddy Drumpf made his fortune due in part to federal government housing money and in 1973 the feds sued Drumpf Inc. because they wouldn't rent apartments to Blacks or Puertoriccans. Donald Duck Trump was born into the 0.01 percent, no question, and in the 60s he avoided service in Vietnam, just like John Bolton, Dick Cheney and GW Bush. By the way this same guest doesnt understand bitcoin either. You need to find another talking head. Also by the way, more tax collected = more money for the wars you dont support. Be careful what you wish for.

Everyone flips followed by indictments for Trump money laundering then impeachment proceedings and resignation.
    Doesn't finish his term 👌

  11. Most of the ruling class never go to jail for tax fraud. Let's also not forget how the Trumps didn't allow black people to stay in their buildings and harassing tenants by not providing heat. The I.R.S. is weak or at the worst, corrupt.

  12. If the Russian collusion story, proves to be nonsense, they'll have to find something else to get him on.
The problem with tax evasion, is that they're all doing it. Republicans, and Democrats.

  13. "According to the NY Times…"

That's the real news ? For shame, Real News… just another parrot of the establishment.

  14. If you want to talk about tax fraud and charity fraud, talk to Charles Ortel about the Clinton foundation and Lois Lerner in whom they had an actual IRS insider. When are you going to deal with that?

The IRS has had Trump's tax returns going back decades.
Trump is and has been unpopular among US govt employees for a long time and it's doubtful he had any IRS insider.
If he committed tax fraud it's likely he would have been caught and indicted.

  15. Honestly, no one's perfect. The Trumps are good solid American business folks. They know really well how to screw over those who they see as beneath them, which is the American way.
