  1. The economy is good for you old man. You have been buying up stock for 17 years.
These 2 dimwits are the example of exactly why the left is just as moronic as the right!

  2. Liars Loans = Lack of ethics across the board. People will always find ways to get around regulation. Banking and lending should be a noble profession – a balancing act.

  3. I think a better discussion would be about white working class acquiescence with the elites and why this blind faith is omnipresent in their social lives when there is nothing the elites did to write home about?

  4. I'm from Orange County and I had't looked at the whole picture from the perspective of an outsider. I was also a mortgage banker for a couple of years. which meant I was a sales rep that hit on real estate agents. The S&Ls we sold to were strict so we went after price (points) customers (buyers/sellers) would pay. I began to notice strange things happening in the OC. A supervisor lost at sea, another convicted of fraud for taking bribes from developers. While in prison he was found guilty of lone sharking. I ran into a couple of old bosses from mortgage banking. It was while the S&L crises was happening. The former owner of our company had gone to jail but his minions had saved the company! I'd been gone from OC quite awhile by that time. I'd been living in San Francisco a long time trading bonds when all the executives rushed to a meeting at 6:00 am. The entire municipal bond market was about to collapse because the Orange county Treasure had Alzheimer's.

  5. He is absolutely right, there hasn't been any daylight between the Republicans and Democrats for decades. America needs a third choice, a classic liberal party. But now that Bernie has solidly aligned himself with the Democrats I don't see that happening anytime soon. More people need to walkaway.
