  1. This is very beautiful ❀ working together to make Puerto Rico πŸ‡΅πŸ‡· better it’s not what you’re country could do for you but what you can do for your country Puerto Rico πŸ‡΅πŸ‡· independent

  2. PUERTO RICO IS ON THE WAY TO BE THE UNITED STATES 51 STATE IS THE BEST THING CAN HAPPEN TO THIS ISLAND WERE MY MOTHER WAS BORN πŸ‡΅πŸ‡·πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡²

  3. I'm glad to see these folks are doing something good…also these investors are looking to flip these properties for profit only and exploiting the island's stupid law…. because eventually buying these properties for the intention of Airbnb will be a losing investment. I've seen many properties bought and placed in Airbnb only to see them put up for sale….not because they are profitable? But because they are money losing investments. No one wants to rent an Airbnb in urban settings. Airbnb people like we have used seek a beach or mountain retreat. In addition….those who want to buy on the coast should know that there's many perils and high risk to this as well. Hurricanes, dominio pΓΊblico, erosiΓ³n, flood insurance, lack of insurance payments and rising water level
    to mention a few.

  4. Bout time, the crying and whining without commitment to action wasn’t helping anyone. The people here have so much potential yet they leave traditional values and move to the US in exchange for a better life, ignoring the fact that in SOME circumstances you have the capacity to make your life better. The population and the culture here has always had their hands out, you’re not going to get anywhere that way, you have to take back what’s yours. I’m an investor myself and I’m in no way against community involvement because it’s actually cheaper to the tax payer if the community lifts its own, we should only use government for the defense of our rights and liberties and never as a burden. This is the most positive news I’ve heard all year.

  5. These Puertoricans have done a good thing. It would be awesome if all the people could get together to keep their beautiful island 9:12 . Everyone has to work together. God bless πŸ‡΅πŸ‡· . I wish the US could, send people to rebuil the island for the people.

  6. Seems like rich Anglo-Saxon neo-con elite have now set their eyes upon Puerto Rico after occupying Texas, California and Hawaii, so that US military shall intervene in their behalf.

  7. Homesteading is even legal in my state. Of course i care nothing of legality. If its not being used, use it. Occupy it. Then its yours.

  8. With all these investors, what happens to the citizens? They get priced out of living. This needs to stop. Invest in the people, not property. The investors are just greedy and only care for them selves.

  10. does any neighborhood favor gentrification? at first, ppl noticed properties got 'spruced up' cosmetically, but socially, outsiders displaced local residents, with all sorts of self serving exuses, rationales, ime (how it 'helps' the neighborhood, cosmetically duh, socially insidious)..

  11. Man I'm glad that someone started noticing what the rich developers want to do to our island.
They want to buy Puerto Rico cheap, that's why nothing is being done to restore the island. Listen i heard 30 ago that the rich people want Puerto Rico for them as a save heaven for retirees, also a cashless state.
Son some greedy Americans are being taking advantage of the puertorricans for so many years.
I'm moving to my island pretty soon if God permits, to fight for what is ours . Puerto Rico is ours forever. Right now in PR the most corrupt person for me is the governor he's corrupt, he should be investigated for his involvement in luma, i heard that he's an investors in the company.
Sorry but i feel hurt with the situation on the island, i remember when my mother use to say, lets try to get the best of the situation, good or bad.

  12. I just now, at 62 yr young and a lifetime US resident, found out that Puerto Rico is a US Territory? The same with the Philippines? Many Western States were Once Larger Territories and WERE NOT ALLOWED to reach statehood with out CERTAIN PROVISIONS. I recently discovered that all u s indian reservations are NOT the 10:32 10:36 Property of the Inhabitants…. Reservations are Held In Trust (?) By THE US Government… Internment Camps of All 1st Nations People?
Imperial/Colonial Antiquated Ideology Has Come To End… much damage still occuring…. Blue Skies
