  1. This wouldn’t have happened if they all walked out during the Covid hoax. But no they stayed because they liked their paycheck more than their patients! The real health care workers walked out rather than take or administer a poison shots! Now they are overworked. They created this problem. They don’t deserve more money they deserve to loose their licenses!

  2. I think its the newest CEO which has changed the once good labor/management relationship. Kaiser in my opinion is exploiting the pandemic as for the lack of staff but claims on the other hand how high they pay their employees. In South Cal Kaiser was offering 2% for the last 2 years of the contract. They should of upped it as traditionaly Kaiser gave more during the low inflation years

  3. Kaiser is short staffed because they literally ignore all the applicants, nurses I know who’ve applied don’t even get called for interviews. Kaiser doesn’t want to fund proper staffing, it’s a joke how they only post positions for “on call” instead of hiring full time staff.

  4. I’d have gladly gone to the sewers on many short staffed nights. I loved my profession but hated my job after being taken over by a large company. Our ethics were questioned when we were overwhelmed and feared for our personal safety and licensure. We were forced to float to adjunct facilities, which meant driving late at night to unfamiliar facilities and expected to function with a buddy to tell us where things were, and carry heavy assignments with literally minutes of introductions and orientation, since it was a facility in the same system we were expected function like robots. Most people were grateful for the help, but the general consensus was discouraged and tired, knowing and being familiar was only a slight advantage. Our concerns were brushed off by a one shift at a time attitude, and the turnover in all the affiliated facilities was high.

  5. Sickness care!
During my 30-some years' hospital experience (mostly emergency trauma center RN) , I watched in agonizing consternation as our once-enviable public trust healthcare collaborative devolved into a $$$-generating sickness-care industry.
I can tell you that the most "greedy" are NOT the hands-on staff, but bean-counting adminstrators who care only about THE ALMIGHTY BOTTOM LINE!

  6. We are tire of patients negligence. Calling for pain mes for 25 mins. Asking to go to the bathroom and and holding it. Kaiser has change since the pandemic. Remember only us the work inside knows it all. There is so many unjust with patients. Discharging them early because they need more patients..only see money coming. It's awful. We can die for patients but the world will hear the truth..

  7. Joe Biden and the Democratic party economy plan double and triple the profits of corporate America Joe Biden wiped out the saving account of the working-class and middle-class union labor taxpayers money those poor working-class and middle-class that they're $20 bill by $10 of merchandise by the time they get their raises corporate America again will double its profits the working-class will become the homeless class and those are social security or food stamps did purchase power is 50% off

  8. Exactly. Staffing is so short, the job is impossible to take care of all your patients. Add in we are facing CRIMINAL CHARGES for errors. I and many other nurses left the profession. Dont know whos going to take care of people during the next pandemic! Mgt needs to stand up for us and stop letting the public treat us like crap. Everybody thinks they are nursing supervisors since google came along.
