What jurisdiction was he imprisoned under if he wasn’t a US citizen? Criminal statutes apply to citizens. I assume if he finds that out, he can find a way back in. I assume there was a contract involved and if he wasn’t given full disclosure, it is void. It won’t be void unless he challenges its validity in court…

no this is accurate, its been americas practice for its entire existance… if your not a u.s. born citizen you commit a serious crime in the the u.s. you will do the time in the u.s. and then be deported…. they dont make exceptions on that… they never have…. they have revoked citizenship of ppl who became citizens many times for serious crimes…. theres some real fine print in the terms thats says "Fuck You…" its doesnt say that exactly but its implied…. dont act surprised

You aren't making true statements about migrants who are entering the U.S. without proper documents. The statement " the United States welcomes the people from other countries with open arms is ONKY true for migrants who gave the proper documents or have gone through legal process to be granted asylum by the INS and ICE. The U S. does not currently let just anyone into the country unless they have begun to got through proper channels for entering and must abide by rukes establish by U S. treaties and internal security policies of the U. S. Immigration & Naturalisation Service. You seem either confused or misunderstanding U. S. policies.

I know and seen plenty of cases like this and WORSE… the ICE immigration cops have a lot of poser… in my case the District Judge order me released from the Blount County jail in Tennessee a small town close to Knoxville TN, with horrible jail conditions from an ICE hold on me, from this was the magistrate JUDE of the DISTRICT court order that, I was taken back to the jail for release, but ICE refused the order and simply ignored it , it was an "officer" Jonathan Barnes that was the main leader and forced other ice cops to obey, he said "if we let him go we might as well hang up the gloves and go home" as he took me in custody from the jail I was ordered realized from. It is all on record at that district court, and you can ask the specifics from my court appointed lawyer Paula Voss that still should be living in Knoxville TN… Jesus what those guys do, they say we are not citizens therefore we got no constitutional rights, I made the mistake of challenging my deportation, spent two years in that fu6king jail, when the max people get off my "crime" is three or four months time, all that extra time is gone… the ice cops and the jail people in charge, some incredibly fat ass in charge that puts people in solitary confinement (the hole) for looking at him a bit too long, for MONTHS, it is incredible. The ICE cops breaking people's arms and legs just for looking at them. When the human rights people go to see, we got better food but we weren't allowed to speak or interact with those people at all, plus they also didn't make any effort to do so… I documented all of these incidents, but when they take in in study they make you throw all those papers away right there and there.
It's a vengeance and punishment, they supposed to ship him back to Cambodia from the start of his sentencing, but he's better off in Cambodia, because there's no jobs here in America for prisoners,

The gentleman doing the interview seems to be a product on inner city public school system himself, so he can relate to this story better. This fellow got a rough start in life, which had a cascading waterfall effect on his life. His parents should not have moved from Utah to California. The zip code you grow up in US is usually a major contributing factor in successes and failures.
