The voting for Speaker may take a good week to conclude, I don't think the next person is going to win the Chair on the 1st ballot. The Republican House better not wait till the 1st week of November to begin voting on the next Speaker. Because as you know No Proceedures are done, voting for bills, w/o the Speaker getting their position.
The judge in this case has already pronounced his judgement on Trump's case, the only haggling that will occur now until the judge is finished with Trump is how financially hurtful the penalty will be. Whether its business selling or not. And the amount will not be $1.

Trump only served one term as President, he can legally be chosen by the House to be the Speaker of the House and if he ascends to be President, he is legally good for one more term , since in his former estate of being President, he had no second term, thus he is not maxed out. So Elect Donald Trump as Speaker of the House and then impeach Biden and Harris, and then Donald Trump becomes President for one term only.

The Speaker of the House needs not be a current representative, anyone qualified by the Constitution can be nominated. They can elect Donald Trump to be Speaker of the House.
