Israeli troops have eliminated 15 Hamas terrorists in 24 hours, according to the Israel Defense Forces. The IDF also released video it said shows Palestinian gunmen open fire on Gaza civilians waiting for aid as a shipment arrives, killing at least 21 people. This all comes as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the Israeli War Cabinet discuss a Hamas proposal that would free some of the remaining hostages in exchange for a ceasefire.
