Can tell from experience. If you cut off the Khat supply that is sent over from Africa every day, this entire herd of inbred morons will just fade away. Khat is a narcotic leaf that is chewed (think of chewing tobacco laced with cocaine) and that everyone in this part of the Arabian peninsula is absolutely addicted to. The small boats with Khat from Africa arrive in the morning and NOTHING gets done until they get there. And, after a good chew, lunch and beating the spouse, and a long nap, people get to work by about 2 PM, if they go to work at all. Cut off the Khat, cut off the weapons Iran is shipping over, and this is over. Why is the west SO stupid about all this stuff?

The American police kill tons of African Americans every year and no one complains. But, three African Americans who were guarding the stolen oil in Syria -not Jordan-, die and create a scandal in the United States government.
