The Arabs would vote for their representation in those areas and the Palestinian authority would police those areas. Some of the documents regarding the Oslo accords that were signed in 1993 can be found on the Internet . The accords could’ve led to final status negotiations unfortunately most have failed which included the Clinton parameters of 2000. One aspect of the accords was the firm rejection of using terrorism or going to any other international bodies to negotiate a settlement. The parties themselves were to negotiate. Corruption within the Arab control of areas A has led to a division of political entities vying for unelected control, which has completely deteriorated the purpose of the Oslo accords along with frequent outburst of terrorism. It seems the notion of a two state solution is a far off dream With both sides refusing to negotiate a final status.
