The International Court of Justice says it will not throw out South Africa’s Genocide case against Israel. However the court did not order Israel to halt its offensive in Gaza, but asked that they have a higher regard for human rights. To add fuel to the fire, Israel is accused of a strike on Gaza City that killed 20 Palestinians and wounded 150 who were were seeking food on Thursday. Gaza’s Hamas-run health ministry is calling the act a “war crime.” The Israeli military said it was looking into the report.
