In all wars and conflicts around the world, safe zones are provided for displaced populations, and there is an international aid program with observers and international organizations overseeing matters. Except in Gaza, where the collapse of international humanitarian law is unprecedented, because what the occupying entity is practicing is nothing but genocide.

Aid is enough. Aid is taken by Hamas . Hamas not distributing Aid. Improve food distribtion system. No more stampede. Have zones . Aid Trucks must state Zone numbers. All in zones must receive aid at Zone warehousing centers. Food Distribution is the responsibility of UN, not Israel. Israel must not be in contact with civilians.
