Lost iPhone found in river 13 months later and it still works… 📲😜
Amazing how many iPhones we find in the river on our underwater river treasure hunting adventures.
You never know what you’re going to find on your next treasure hunt, especially when you go scuba diving and hunting for river treasure here in Central Oregon.
On this episode of Adventures with Purpose, our team set out to scuba dive the Deschutes River here in Central Oregon in hopes of finding a goldmine of river treasures.
The river certainly didn’t disappoint us pulling our razor blades, broken glass, bottles, cans, golf balls, and other river treasure.
Super stoked that we found a working iPhone 6 lost in the river over a year earlier.
Plus, we found a credit card, lost sunglasses, a frisbee and even fishing lures you could make earrings out of if you wanted.
Personally pulled 800+ pounds of garbage out of the river so far this year. … 〽️
At the end of the day, even if we had not found the iPhone 6 in the river, we still feel good about all of the garbage we removed from the river in our attempt to help save the planet, the fish, and the animals. 🐟

I think that card is an unemployment payment card I think. That would be awesome if true. At the river collecting unemployment.
Most phonees are waterproof , however if u do not dry them out 100% before charging u can fry the phone itll turn white screened. You opened the phone then immediately plugged it in…. U got lucky but ive seen many ppl fry theirs….. Att told me rice is bad for phones the starch can make it worse to soak phones in a Ziploc full of alcohol for a few hrs then dry 24 -48 hrs then try to charge….
