Went scuba diving under an old footbridge and found an iPhone 8+ in the river along with a bike, scooter, and even a pizza flipper. 💦

We never know what our next river treasure hunting adventure is going to find, especially when we go scuba diving underwater in the lakes, rivers, and waterfalls here in Oregon.

On this episode of Adventures with Purpose, MrLeisek jumps in the Deschutes River in the heart of Bend, Oregon at Drake Park for another underwater river treasure hunting adventure.

At first, this dive started out a bit disappointing in how low the river was and the muddy mess we had to wade through.

But then…

We found a stolen bike in the river. Even a scooter somebody tossed over the bridge railing in hopes of hiding the evidence.

And let’s not forget about the lost or stolen iPhone 8 Plus found in the river. Just wish it would have had a waterproof case so we could have tracked down the owner and returned an iPhone that still had value.

We also found golf balls, paddles and some weird piece of concrete that looked like a hat or mushroom.

Plus, we found the run of the mill bottles and cans as we do on every diving adventure when we get in the water.

We have personally pulled 3000+ pounds of garbage out of the lakes and rivers this year. … 〽️🙌🏼

At the end of the day, we feel amazing about our efforts with all the garbage we remove from the lakes and rivers in our attempt to help save the planet, the fish, and the animals. 🐟

There's a tv show in the UK called "Money for nothing" and they would make some fantastic things out of what you find.
They use recycled things found at the dump.
The large glass bottle you found would make a great base for a light.
