  1. No body no charge, that is why the daughter-in-law was so cocky with the police. I don't think she will be found because her son & his wife knew exactly what they had to do.

  2. There are things in this episode that were not addressed. If she was not liked by her daughter in law then why did she spend enough time with them to have a room? Do the siblings think their brother was in on her disappearance? They said that she did not have memory or any medical issues, but the Charlie project website states that she had been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and was taking medication for it. Nowhere in this episode does law enforcement confirm that the sister in law is a suspect.

  3. Honestly surprised how shallow that part of the Mississippi and those lakes were, crazy how I’m only a little over an hour away in MN and the closest lake to me gets over 130ft deep, but being shallow makes searching easier though, keep it up guys!

  4. 2023 Minnesota had a hot rainless summer. It doesn't surprise me the rivers and lakes are super shallow. This case is so sad and mind blowing. Thanks guys for all you do! Keep up the great work and I hope this family gets answers and some sort of closure one day. ❀❀

  5. Man, I really feel for this family. I can't even imagine what it's like not knowing where your mama is. I pray the team can bring some kind of closure to them.

  6. The empty jewelry box, maxed out credit cards connected to the brothers business & the comments about never going to be able to find her body are pretty compelling evidence. Maybe Circumstantial at best but people have been convicted & sentenced of murder with way less.

  7. As much as I loved the old team in its time, I can’t stand watching this old footage with all the people that bailed on Jared. I know the channel needs to keep active and relevant, but ugh. Seeing Doug makes me so mad.

  8. The Minnesota law is kinda stupid… Not only did her sister in-law admit she had something to do with it, she rubbed it in police and investigators' faces that they can't do anything to her until they find her mother in-law's body and that they'll never find her, so therefore she couldn't be convicted because of Minnesota Law which sounds absolutely pathetic. I get it was 23 years ago, so MORE than LIKELY, that maybe has probably changed. But right then and there, they should've rightfully had a case to investigate and be able to do so until they had the evidence they needed to convict the Sister in-law, because clearly there was fowl play.

  9. What I don’t understand is the credit cards being maxed out 23 years ago so did they pull the charges? Did I miss anything the brother said to his sister, family or police before he passed?

  10. I pray you get all the answers and find your mom. Sending all my love.
Also Kim you sound identical to my grandmother from upstate New York.❀

  11. I feel she was murdered in that bedroom, jewelry taken, car sold to an illegal chop shop-the woods are so vast and if the β€˜suspect’ owned a boat the possibilities are endless for disposing of her body πŸ₯² that room should have been processed as a crime scene & luminaled! God bless this family πŸ™πŸΌ praying for answers. Question: were the taxes ever paid that day πŸ€”

  12. I don't think the daughter in law did it by herself, I think she had help. This seem like something she was planning for a moment. It's way to calculate then just something that happened out of passion.

  13. wow I just got back from church and my fiance a mom s place, looked at her picture on t v I am amazed how much she looks like my aunt who passed away a long time ago. But not related amazing show

  14. Here in the state of Texas if a suspect said "youll never find the body." They would be held for further questioning as well as have their home and property searched. Its ridiculous that law enforcement in their city didnt do anything else to help the family out

  15. Awp needs to check all the places that their mom lived to go where water is concerned. And once they find her car and body, the law can arrest the daughter in law and lock her up for the rest of her useless life. Then the family can lay their mother to rest and grieve for her put be albe to go on kniwing where she is and be able to visit her grave any time they want to.

  16. This is heartbreaking, how was the sister-in law not charged on murder for saying what she said. Bugger the evidence.
    When is part 2?

  17. As many things I've seen and helped with this is tough. There are questions that need to answered was her car found or missing if found could she be in a 55 gallon drum under water or did they do something extremely wrong as in cut it up and disposed it. I know it's very harshly to say it but someone knows if she's in the waters with her car I would love to come out there and help with any case
