His arraignment comes after a deal that included a diversion in connection with a firearms charge and a guilty plea to two misdemeanor tax charges collapsed in court over the summer.

I find this kind of ironic as an independent. President Biden stated: “There will be a ZERO TOLERANCE policy involving falsified information during firearms transactions…”, yet his son is here literally defying that policy. “Rules for me not for thee”. You just need to absorb the information and make decisions for yourself, not the media.
