We haven't had true capitalism since 1913. What you are calling capitalism is really globalism.
Companies have merged into corporations then they merged into a class of globalist aristocrats that put the value of profit over that of human life.
Globalist monopolies have resulted in building a system that poses as capitalism but there is no free market. All of the markets are governed by Insiders therefore markets are controlled not free.

Colonialism was and still is a reality. The periphery is sucked dry by the hegemon. But the speaker didn't make much sense. I mean, the number of Blacks imprisoned in America might point out to some violent leaning, not necessarily discrimination. The key issue is if the Africans want and have the capacity to govern themselves. If not yet, that their politicians will look for personal benefit first and let the people at the mercy of fate.

We've been fighting to make this system better and all it's got us is a handful of token Black people to point to as successful and a larger section to exploit. Only real solution is to be self sufficient and not participate in propping up this system.
