The Clayton County Medical Examiner’s Office has ruled the death of the infant decapitated during childbirth at Southern Regional Medical Center in Riverdale on July 10, 2023, as a homicide.
Jessica Ross, 20, was rushed to the hospital in Riverdale after her water broke on July 9, according to a lawsuit filed by the family.
