Excellent report. I don't know much about anything when it comes to Chicago, but I headd over and over again that its people (esoecially its poor leople) have been short changed in the Rights, Privileges, and ither protections every American citizen should have in America. It is so disappointing to realize that formdr President Obama has claimed this place as his own and did very little to help its people. Mayor Emanuel needs to be replaced, aswell as any kther politician who adds to this problem affecting iChicsgo's children and their families. This needs end. Let us invest in our childrens' safety, health and education. Again, excellent report.

When I was a child, one of my bedtime stories was "the boy who cried wolf". It was a story teaching a moral about lying and how if you lie a lot people stop believing you. Its a shame that it wasn't "the girl who cried wolf".
