44. I realized a while ago there's something very wrong with construction companies in my case, in Alberta. They scam when selling condos, there's way too many developments and I mean suspiciously too many. And this is just to a local level but something feels very wrong. Heck! We even have an empty mall in Calgary. There's also whispers about developers being somehow "buddies" with Nenshi (the mayor), who generally is well liked. There's something shady going on.
