The officers first action is to aim his pistol at his face but from what I understood in police training is that you want to aim for the torso, or a less lethal part of the body especially at close range with civilians directly behind the target. I take this to mean he was instructed to kill and have no consideration of inmocent lives surrounding… This is not the way policies are written but it is what theyre being trained to do.

Why is it that a cop can commit the exact same crime as a civilian and get less than ½ the sentencing (OR NONE AT ALL) than the civilian???!!! I think they should GET DOUBLE!!!
