Former President Donald Trump is attending the beginning of the New York state civil fraud trial against his family-owned business. New York State Attorney General Letitia James claims the Trump Organization repeatedly committed fraud on financial statements in order to secure business loans and insurance policies. Trump dismissed the case as a witch hunt and called the attorney general racist. CBS News legal contributor Jessica Levinson has more details on the case.

Can we really stop all this and to the facts! No matter what they brought in the court for here's the truth. Whatever he valued his properties at, the banks gave him a loan. He paid back the loan on time and the banks made interest off of the loan. So where is the crime where there was a victim? So be careful, if you ever need a home loan and it gets valued at more it's worth "like that's never happened to anyone" and you paid the loan back on time with interest, you will go to jail ! Come on really. Lol lol and if he actually defrauded somebody, those people would be in the courtroom on the prosecution side, funny I don't see anybody other than the attorney general on the prosecution side, where are the people that he committed fraud to? Yep no one.

You would think the guy in the video would have a little more knowledge as a news reporter. Instead, he's acting totally oblivious.
